If you have been in therapy before, then you know how important it is to find the right therapist. You probably want to have better days, to feel motivated to do the things you love, to have more confidence, to sleep better, and to feel in control of your life. I am dedicated to being with you throughout the process, or if I am not the right therapist, then I will find you one. Why? I use my 10+ years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions to teach you unique and personal coping skills that work! It will be up to you to implement the things you learn in therapy, but I will support you every step of the way.

Groups
Nurse Support Group
The 5-session group led by Emily LaFave is aimed to support nurses struggling with secondary trauma, burnout, compassion fatigue, and lack of support in the workplace. Group will be held over Zoom beginning 1/25/23 and ending 1/22/23. If you pay upfront, then you receive a discounted rate of $245. If you pay as you go, then you pay $55 a session. A deposit of $55 is required. Limited space. You do not have to be a client at Prime Counseling Services to participate in the group. You must register on the website in order to participate.
