My ideal client is often someone who looks highly capable on the outside but feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly struggling on the inside. They may be navigating relationship challenges, sexual concerns, anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or the lingering impact of past experiences that never fully resolved. Many are used to functioning, performing, or caretaking and are now noticing that those strategies no longer work. They need a space that feels safe, attuned, and nonjudgmental and a therapist who understands trauma, intimacy, and the ways high expectations and responsibility can shape a person's inner world.
I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy for individuals and couples. I specialize in intimacy and relationship concerns, sexual health, attachment wounds, burnout, and the impact of trauma on the nervous system. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on creating sustainable, meaningful change.
