At some point during our life I believe that we have all wanted to hear "it's ok", "me too", to be supported or reinforced through challenging times. I enjoy working with women who have been impacted with anxiety, broken love languages, executive functioning difficulties, cyclical issues surrounding their monthly cycle, maternal mental health, as well as, those who just need someone to talk to. I believe that in our society we have too many pressures of judgment and I strive to provide a free environment. An environment free from judgement, free from stress, and a place to find your best sense of self.
I have experience working with individuals, women and their families, who are impacted with mental health symptoms such as anxiety, executive processing challenges or ADHD, maternal mental health and strained relationships with family. I enjoy being able to offer a safe place to learn and implement positive strategies in life.
