I tailor each session to meet your needs—some may focus on processing thoughts and emotions, while others emphasize problem-solving. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which provides rapid relief not only for trauma but for a variety of challenges. My goal is to support you in making meaningful progress, whatever you're facing.
