My clients want to explore the origin of their trauma and how it impacts their body, so they can feel joy, be present, set boundaries and sleep again. My clients are motivated to learn skills and obtain resources to conquer whatever is holding them back.
I offer specialized counseling services tailored to trauma survivors and those facing perinatal mental health concerns. I am trained in PMAD (Perinatal Mood Disorders), Complex Trauma (Neuropsychotherapy) and utilize ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) for trauma survivors.
