About
My ideal clients are women suffering from anxiety, depression, postpartum/peripartum mental health struggles. I support women in life stage transitions, family life and trauma. The goals of my clients should include reducing anxious thoughts processes and triggers. Each clients mental, physical and nutrient care are considered for overall wellness. My clients want to take actionable steps in evaluating their world and where the deficits are. My ideal clients can also be teens, or adults looking to identify potential triggers, while working towards resuming mental wellness.
I like to complete a thorough bio-psycho-social assessment and understand my client's world. My specialty comes from nursing background, doula work and having a psychology degree. My goals are to support and empower women, children and families in achieving overall wellness.
