I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my approach, which means the questions I ask you are meant to help you think differently. My master’s degree is in Rehabilitation Counseling from Utah State University, which gives me unique insight into working with clients with disabilities or chronic illness. I enjoy working with all age groups - children, teens, or adults. I’m especially passionate in working with neurodivergent clients (i.e. autism, ADHD, OCD, etc) to navigate their unique life experiences.
