Hi! I'm Emily, a psychotherapist providing clinical therapy to adolescents and adults with a special focus on individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and major life transitions. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, low self-esteem, LGBTQ+ related stressors, disordered eating, interpersonal violence, and adjustment to life changes. I also work with individuals who have experienced abuse in their past and are looking to heal.
Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, and therapy becomes a space to slow down, gain insight, and develop sustainable coping skills.
My approach is integrative and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic, and mindfulness.
I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, helping them better understand their emotions, strengthen self-compassion, and build tools to manage distress more effectively.
I strive to create a therapy environment that feels safe, affirming, and grounded—one where meaningful work can happen while still leaving room for humor and humanity!
