I enjoy helping individuals and families manage current life stressors or challenges. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, but particularly enjoy young adults ages 13-17 and ages 18+ who are pursuing education, have new careers, experience burnout, or are new families. I also have experience working with healthcare providers, military families, and grief.
My goal is to provide a welcoming and comforting space for others to process life’s challenges. I seek to connect with someone on a deeper level so that they can feel heard and understand. Therapy is hard and you need to be able to have trust in the person you reach out to. I am always open to feedback and willing to work hard to build your trust!
