Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and have spent a long time being the strong one for others. They’ve survived difficult experiences – trauma, painful relationships, chronic stress, identity struggles, or loss – and now feel ready to heal the impact of it rather than keep pushing through. Healing isn’t about eliminating parts of yourself, but about welcoming all of you. I named my practice Eclipse because it reflects the heart of my work: An eclipse occurs when shadow and light come together and coexist — and in that meeting, something beautiful appears.
As a trauma-informed therapist (EMDR, parts work/IFS, attachment), I help clients explore the roots of their patterns, interrupt survival strategies that no longer serve them, make sense of their emotions, and build self-trust and internal safety. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct — with lots of room for the healing power of humor, too!
You’ll receive science-based insight and real-world skills for coping, communicating, and connecting. The relationship we build also becomes part of the work – a space to try new ways of being seen, supported, and understood.
