Currently, NOT taking any new clients due to an upcoming maternity leave this summer. I’ll be taking new clients in Fall 2023. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), providing virtual therapy in the states of Illinois & Indiana. Many of my clients come in to address maternal/ paternal mental health and trauma; & anxiety & depression. I'm particularly passionate about serving those who are pregnant, adjusting to parenthood & transitions to co-parenting. I'm a support coordinator with Postpartum Support Intl- Indiana chapter. I'm trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths based approach & mindfulness techniques.
I have my certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I have provided therapy through BetterHelp, and hospital and outpatient medical facilities. My style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and patient. I'm a survivor of PMAD so I have personal experience that helps shape my therapeutic practice.
