First, I want to acknowledge the brave step you’ve already taken by searching here. Reaching out for help is a powerful act of strength. I work with couples and people in committed relationships who want to deepen connection, navigate conflict, and build safer, more joyful partnerships. I also support individuals who seek to understand themselves, heal old wounds, and cultivate more meaningful relationships. If you’re ready to break old patterns and step into a more authentic, connected life, therapy can help.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, and Gottman-informed approaches to help adults, couples, and LGBTQIA+/neurodiverse clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, pregnancy/postpartum, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll explore patterns, develop strategies, and build stronger, more connected relationships.

I create a space guided by curiosity, compassion, and honesty, where you feel heard and supported. Therapy is collaborative, so together we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and try new strategies to reach the life and relationships you want. I’m currently accepting new telehealth clients, with in-person sessions starting next spring.
