With over a decade of experience including years in acute and residential care. I offer a holistic, client-centered approach that honors how life experiences affect both mind and body. Trained in EMDR and skilled in CBT, DBT, and Reality therapy, I tailor treatment to support each person’s unique goals. My work centers on trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping couples and families strengthen their connection in addition to supporting individuals on the path to recovery from disordered eating, all within a safe, supportive space for growth.
Using EMDR, I help clients unlock healing from trauma by addressing the root causes of distress. I’m passionate about supporting couples and families in strengthening their bonds and communication. Additionally, I provide compassionate care for those facing eating disorders, guiding them toward recovery and self-acceptance through client centered modalities.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and supported. I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as we work through what’s holding you back. I go beyond talk therapy, to collaborate with you to create real change. Reach out today and let’s begin the path toward healing and meaningful change together.
