Being a human is hard. Each and every one of us, at some point in our lives, finds ourselves lost and stuck. We look at our lives and realize that this is not the life we planned for, that we are not the people we wanted to be. We look at the things we're spending our energy on, and we recognize that we're not moving any closer to the life we want.
I am honored to have found a role in helping people to settle into those stuck moments, to open up to the experience they meet there, to choose a direction, and to take steps toward the life that they want.
The first challenge is for us to forge a trusting connection that allows for contact with difficult experiences. Next, we move into difficulty together, noticing the pain and constriction it brings and inviting expansion toward breadth and flexibility. Once there's more room, we challenge, leaning into the spaces where pain and constriction remain.
Being human is hard. And I don't exactly know what it looks like for you to find your way out of whatever has got you lost or stuck today. I do welcome, however, the opportunity to learn that alongside you, and to grow into the companion that you need on this journey.
