Emily has experience working with individuals with serious trauma history, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders and personality disorders.
Emily utilizes CBT, Motivational Interviewing, narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy methods to support clients' goals towards living their best life by understanding how their experiences shaped their thoughts/decisions.
