Making the decision to start therapy can be overwhelming. It is my hope to make the process more approachable and accessible. I firmly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to support clients in their own self-discovery and healing. I value authenticity and warmth to cultivate an environment where clients are free to explore the issues that are weighing heavily on their hearts and minds.
I provide treatment to individuals coping with a variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, post-traumatic stress, suicidal ideation, addiction, and relationship issues.
My style is open, curious, and collaborative. I embrace a person-centered, relational approach with an emphasis on trauma-informed care and attachment theory. I offer EMDR and draw from IFS and other integrative approaches. I look forward to working together.
