With focus on empathy, trust, and practical solutions, I offer a safe space where clients can explore their challenges and work toward lasting emotional growth and well-being. My therapeutic style is informed by my experiences working with women in a residential treatment center and is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). All of this is a fancy way of saying you will likely find me to be collaborative, resourceful, warm and direct in my therapeutic approach.

I primarily work with women and girls as young as 8, suffering from eating disorders or disordered eating, experiencing body image concerns, exploring their spirituality, seeking to process trauma at any level and anyone feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety and depression. I believe everyone deserves the freedom to live in the fullness of life.
