My name is Emily Graham and I am a LCSW, with Master’s in Social Work and Master’s in Spiritual Psychology. Many of my clients are moving through challenges with transitions in work, relationships, and phase of life. My goal is to help clients trust themselves, understand who they are and why they operate the way they do and identify (if anything) what they’d like to see different and change. After the first couple sessions, usually the client and I can determine if it is a good match. Then we explore what is most important to you and as a team find the best approaches. I have been working in healthcare for nearly 20 years. I spent a solid decade working with Palliative care and Hospice patients and families. I have done support groups in Grief and Loss. I have helped people work through loss and grief, as well as transitions and illnesses. Finally, I have helped people attune to and know themselves inside and out.
