Maybe your thoughts never slow down or you fixate on the same thought over and over and over. You're terrified of something happening to your child and can't stop thinking "what if..." Maybe you feel like if there's one more thing added to your plate, you very well might explode. Or maybe you stare at your ceiling every night instead of sleeping, rethinking your day and what you could have done and said differently. Maybe you're having trouble finding your voice as a woman or setting boundaries for "you time," or you're struggling as a new a mom to love your little one and yourself at the same time. I see you and I can help.
I'm passionate about working with moms-to-be, new moms or seasoned moms, or those struggling to become a mom. I also enjoy helping people work through major life transitions, anxiety and stress management, faith/spirituality issues or just general mental health concerns. I also provide clinical supervision for those seeking LPC and/or LAC licensure.
Counseling is a journey of growth and self-discovery and I believe my role is to help foster and guide this process along side of you. If motherhood or your journey to motherhood isn't what you expected, please reach out.
