As an integrative clinician, I draw from CBT, DBT, humanistic, and person-centered orientations in order to cater to each individual’s needs.
While I have worked with all age groups experiencing a wide range of challenges, my experience is centered on adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and dedicated to upholding values of cultural competence in order to promote diversity and inclusivity in the therapeutic process.
Through trauma-informed, strengths-based, and empathetic approaches, it is important to me to create a safe space where you can be met with unconditional positive regard and work on your changes and goals.
