I specialize in trauma and PTSD, sexual abuse recovery, and life transitions. Using EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, I help clients process what's happened and build a life that feels like their own. I work with individuals and couples, in-person in my Morristown office and via telehealth across New Jersey.
