Therapy gives us the space to be our authentic selves without fear of judgment or retaliation. I especially love supporting adults and teens navigating complex trauma, OCD, ADHD, Autism, and queerness (with a particular specialty in the ace/aro spectrum). I am also passionate about supporting folks dealing with political and activist stress. Therapy with me is emotions-focused, relational, and direct. I use a mix of IFS, somatic work, and Rumination Focused-Exposure and Response Prevention for anxiety and OCD. I am also certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
The therapist/client relationship is fundamental to good therapeutic work, and I aim for my practice to be a collaborative and anti-authoritarian space. I believe that all of us are doing our best to survive in an unjust and chaotic world.
