About
Welcome. I am a counselor who specializes in working with women, young adults, and couples who are going through life transitions, life adjustments, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and times of change. I help clients cultivate equanimity, ease, and acceptance of life’s circumstances through mindfulness practices and individual and couples counseling. I work with clients to create space, build mindfulness, and find balance amidst life's many changes.
I take an integrative and holistic approach, believing that one form of therapy or treatment modality does not work for everyone. In my practice, I integrate mindfulness, positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and systems theories, depending on the needs of each individual, or couple.
I received an M.A. in Clinical Counseling in 2016 and have since worked in a variety of clinical settings, including nonprofits and schools.
