I have experience working with anxiety and depression. I help people navigate issues around childhood trauma, gender and racial discrimination, and relationship crisis. My practice is easily accessible to BART, (5 blocks from the Rockridge station) bus, and the 13 and 580 freeways. My practice is in the heart of Rockridge and is an easy commute for Oakland, Berkeley and SF clients.
