I have a passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, both children and adults. Neurodivergence can be a strength as well as a difficulty if identified and managed. There are many tools to help make life manageable and many ways we can craft our lives to be not just endurable, but enjoyable. I have tips and tricks from living my neurodivergent life, years of experience working with neurodivergent children in a variety of settings, and a compassionate, empathetic ear to understand your individual challenges and strengths.
I offer play therapy for children which allows them to express thoughts and feelings they may not have words for. For adults, I use a combination of experiential therapy, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, feminist therapy, and a dash of cognitive-behavioral therapy.
If my approach sounds like a match for you or your child, please feel free to call and schedule an appointment. My daytime appointments are free; I'd love to get those filled! I look forward to meeting you!

I primarily use play therapy to treat all childhood issues along with more directive talk therapy for older children (starting around age 10; depends on child). Treatment involves identifying behaviors the client would like to change and strengths the client can draw on, setting goals, and monitoring progress toward goals at each session.

I use experiential therapy, incorporating role-play and art into my work with all clients. My primary method with child clients is play therapy, a type of experiential therapy that allows the child to play out their concerns without needing to describe them verbally.
