My name is Emily, and I am a Resident in Counseling working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
I primarily work with adults, offering a Christian, holistic approach that integrates mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Drawing from psychodynamic and trauma-informed perspectives, I help clients understand how past experiences and emotions impact body, mind, and spirit. I also use parts work, believing there are no bad parts of you.
