The types of clients I work with include children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who need support around anxiety, self-regulation, stress management, trauma, ADHD, Autism, and self-esteem. I also support college students through these same challenges as well as burnout, identity, relational issues, and life transitions.
I proudly work with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and immigrant communities. I am trained in trauma-informed care, strengths-based interventions, and behavioral therapy to enable clients to feel empowered as individuals and to foster positive relationships with themselves, their families, and within their communities.
