Do you struggle with emotion regulation, relationship problems, body image, negative thoughts? Unprocessed trauma causes a lot of pain and can be confusing to navigate. It colors every aspect of our lives. I specialize in treating disordered eating, eating disorders, body image, anxiety and other women's health issues.
I specialize in EMDR and DBT therapy. I love working with women helping them dissolve spiritual, mental, and emotional blocks to step into their full power. I am a mindfulness teacher and use ACT, CBT, and IFS parts work. I have studied energy psychology and shamanism and treat people as a whole person.
My truest desires are to help you free yourself and come into a place of power so that you can create the life that you desire. I would love to get started working with you!
