I use creative and alternative modalities as healing tools, including expressive and visual arts, guided meditation, and yoga. I am also trained in traditional talk therapy, including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With a person-centered focus, my practice blends traditional and alternative styles, depending on each client's needs.

Restorative and Hot Yoga
A variety of yoga classes are offered at our studio, suitable for all body types and experience levels. Hot (Traditional 26+2) classes are in a heated room and help to build strength, flexibility, focus, and peace of mind.
