I have over 20 years of experience in therapeutic settings, helping individuals and couples build lives of happiness and meaning through better relationships, with yourself and with others. I specialize in working with both adult individuals and couples. I am a down-to-earth, straight-forward, and compassionate. We'll work to heal old wounds and shift self-defeating patterns so you can live the life you really want, with relationships that are loving and rewarding.
I am a PACT level 2 couples therapist and love this powerful work. With both couples and individuals, I use a mindfulness, developmental, trauma-informed, body-centered approach to help clients develop more freedom and choice in life. My approach works well with grief and loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and couples work.
As the mother of two children, I offer insight and expertise in parenthood, marriage and partnership challenges around parenting, and the experience of building a family. I deeply believe in this work, and actively engage in it in my marriage, parenting, and growth. I worked outdoors for 17 years and draw on a connection with the earth in all I do.
