Why do we keep having the same arguments? How can we rebuild trust and feel close again? How do cultural or generational differences keep creating distance in my family? Why do I feel so anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck? If you’ve been asking yourself these questions, you don’t have to navigate them alone. I work with couples, families, and individuals to strengthen communication, heal from past hurts, and bridge cultural gaps so you can create more peace, connection, and growth in your life.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by life transitions, relationship stress, or cultural/generational pressures. I offer a supportive space to heal past hurts, strengthen communication, and build healthier connections with yourself and others while addressing anxiety, grief, trauma, and other challenges at your pace.
Taking the step to seek support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re feeling disconnected or carrying struggles on your own. I provide a warm and welcoming space where you can feel seen and understood. If you are ready to heal and grow while honoring your unique story, I invite you to reach out.

Surviving the Seasons
A supportive, therapist-led process group designed to help you navigate the holidays with more clarity and resilience. The holiday season can be a time of joy, but for many, it also brings stress, grief, loneliness, family conflict, overwhelming expectations, and even seasonal depression. If you're feeling anxious, sad, or simply exhausted by the holidays, you're not alone. This group will also explore the impact of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and offer tools to manage mood shifts that often come with shorter days and colder weather.
