My mission is to create a space of unconditional acceptance with compassion and mindfulness as central components of my practice. I offer evidence-based and experience-based tools and strategies to cultivate deeper relationships, increase your ability to be present and improve your overall quality of life. I will help you identify and set achievable goals for yourself, not only so you have a clear path ahead, but also so you can celebrate your achievements along the way.
I use a grounded body-up approach to therapy which is then reinforced with resources, psycho-education, and wellness techniques. I am trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing practices, and the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy developed by Dr. Stan Tatkin.
