Most couples don’t struggle because they don’t love each other. They struggle because their nervous systems are running old protection strategies, ones that made sense once, and are now quietly dismantling the intimacy they both want. I’m a PACT-trained couples therapist working at the level of the body, the nervous system, and the science of attachment. If you’ve already tried the communication tips — maybe even tried therapy — and the same fight keeps finding you, the problem likely lives deeper than words. That’s where I work. I offer extended sessions that give us room to go beneath the argument to what’s driving the conflict.
Trained directly by Dr. Stan Tatkin in the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy, I don’t referee arguments. I track what your bodies are doing, micro-expressions, shifts in tone, the moments safety drops between you, and we work there, in real time, so new patterns get instilled into body memory, so you can draw on them in the heat of the moment.
I work with couples facing betrayal, gridlocked conflict, premarital questions, intimacy and sex, parenting strain, blended families, and the quiet drift on one can name. For couples who want to move faster, I offer multi-day private intensives, months of progress in a few days. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a fit.
