In my practice I enjoy working with clients of all ages, however, I have a special interest in working with teens and young adults. I support clients who are navigating a variety of needs including grief, PTSD, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, life transitions, women's issues, anxiety, and depression. I am dedicated to walking with my clients in their healing, and emphasize creating a non-judgmental, collaborative space.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of my clients. My approach is informed by mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, attachment-focused therapy, schema-therapy, and internal family systems (IFS).
