I use a client-centered approach to best fit each client's needs as you are the expert of your life. I strive to meet you where you are in your therapeutic journey, and work collaboratively to achieve your goals. When working with clients, I draw from Trauma-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Family Systems, EMDR and Strength Based therapeutic approaches.
My clinical experience includes working with children, teens, adults, and families. I have extensive experience working with individuals living with severe mental illness, children and families-especially those involved in the Child Welfare System, and young adults seeking assistance with the challenges and stressors life inevitably brings.
Seeking support can be scary at times. I strive to make this a safe, non-judgmental space for every client. I understand that life can be busy.
