Since 2012, I have worked with children, teenagers, women, couples and families to reduce conflict and stress, improve communication skills and gain mastery over their emotions and reactions. I'm a trauma-informed therapist committed to helping my clients learn how to regulate their emotions and heal from their past to live a fulfilling life. My work focuses on identifying problematic patterns and working collaboratively with my clients to make the necessary changes.
As a marriage and family therapist, I approach therapy from a relational standpoint looking through the lens of attachment. I believe when we are securely attached to ourselves and others, we thrive. I am trained in EMDR and Play Therapy and incorporate experiential elements such as sandtray in my work.
