Life can be tough. There are times when we find ourselves feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unheard. We experience a range of emotions and face situations that can be difficult to manage alone. Counseling is a tool to gain clarity and direction when things seem too foggy to navigate on our own. As a counselor, it is my goal to provide my clients with a counseling relationship built on trust, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I strive be a partner in helping clients to discover and build upon the strengths and potential they already have within themselves.
I believe that each client and their journey are unique. As such, I employ a variety of interventions tailored to the needs of each client. I am a trained provider of EMDR and hold additional certifications in trauma treatment. I invite clients to process and derive meaning from their experiences and work towards a place of self-acceptance and empowerment.
I wholeheartedly believe in the benefits of counseling. I am committed to providing clients a safe and non-judgmental space so that they may find solace and achieve personal growth through the counseling process.
