I approach therapy using a trauma-informed framework with warm compassion, humor, and unconditional positive regard.
My interests include concerns related to racial identity/belonging, anxiety, transracial adoption, women's sexual health, and Asian American wellness. I am also a trained sex therapist. I am heavily influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I am honored to work with those from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
