I incorporate cognitive-behavioral, emotionally-focused, healing prayer, mindfulness, somatic, and interpersonal psychodynamic approaches. Counselng is a time of empowerment and growth. You'll learn new tools to examine and re-sculpt your life into who you were created to be.
