I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 3 years of experience in the mental health field and 6 years in behavioral health. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults feel empowered and validated. I offer counseling to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, anger, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions. My goal is to create a secure, welcoming environment to discuss and reflect on all areas of life.
I received my Master of Social Work from Northern Arizona University. I use a variety of approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy, emotionally focused therapy, positive psychology, and family systems. After learning in the first session what led a client to me, I will tailor a plan of care to fit their needs.
