I specialize in working with individuals and couples adjusting to parenthood, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss & birth trauma. Does it feel as if you've lost your 'self' in the wonderful gift and tremendous struggle of becoming a mom? Maybe you've been feeling overwhelmed by the deep sadness, ever-present fatigue and irritability of postpartum depression. The roller coaster of emotions that accompanies fertility. Or the restlessness, scary thoughts (we ALL have them) secret fears and blinding rage of postpartum anxiety. Perhaps you are deep in grief after a miscarriage. Or healing from birth.

Whatever the struggle, you are not alone. It is not in spite of, but because of our struggles that I believe we all have the capacity within each of us to flourish. Showing up as your brave self today is the first step in the your wellness journey.

Together, we will create a safe space to explore the issues you are facing and come through on the other side. If you're ready to understand the underlying causes of your struggles. Heal the painful feelings you are carrying. Gain new ways of coping. Connect with your most authentic self. Reach out today so we can get you to a place where you will flourish.
