As we move through life, we learn to censor, silence and ignore our own voice - through trauma (large and small), unmet needs for connection & acceptance, and endless external expectations. This experience can separate us from our unique purpose, potential and wellbeing. This can result in repeated cycles of suffering, distress, relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression. I am passionate about helping individuals interrupt these patterns and build from their unique strengths and innate resilience - to heal and grow from difficulty and build lives filled with joy and passion and connection to your own self authority.

Healing and growth is a unique to every individual and I believe that it is integral that the therapy experience reflect this. Utilizing a strong foundation of experience and trauma informed training, we will work together to address your treatment goals and build a live more connected to what you truly want for yourself.

I am passionate about working with relational and developmental trauma, life and identity transitions, spiritual growth and LDS faith exploration/transition and personal growth. I am a trauma informed therapist integrating Mindfulness, EMDR, IFS, Yoga, Attachment & Somatic therapies and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
