I'm a licensed psychologist specializing in anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship issues. My style is warm and collaborative and I work to create a supportive environment in which my clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings. I work from a psychodynamic framework, meaning that I believe the problems clients face are often rooted in current and past relational experiences as well as in feelings outside of conscious awareness. I also work collaboratively with clients integrating mindfulness techniques and mind-body focused approaches to help them experience relief from symptoms and gain greater self-awareness.
In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I also offer a separate coaching program called The Grounded Within Lab. The Grounded Within Lab is a 16 week, hour-long, coaching class which helps people in relationships with narcissistic individuals go from feeling frustrated, overlooked, and stuck in toxic cycles to grounded, clear, calm, and free.
