I’m here to offer a welcoming space and personalized tools to help you not only slay the dragon, but figure out where the hell the dragon came from in the first place. I work with adults navigating autism/ADHD, chronic illness, religious trauma, sex therapy, LGBTQ+ identity, body image, disordered eating, self-harm, estrangement, and PTSD.
As a queer person who’s lived many of these struggles, I know how hard it can be to feel safe being seen. I offer a calm, intuitive space where we’ll explore your story, face what’s been holding you back, and begin to heal. Together, we’ll uncover your voice and truth beneath the weight of trauma and systems that were never built for you.
I draw from proven methods like IFS, narrative therapy, DBT, and somatic work to help you find your center. You deserve care that’s as unique as you are—there’s no one-size-fits-all here.
