I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment for individuals who wish to explore these experiences while remaining connected to their faith and values.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults within the LDS community who are seeking support in navigating stress, anxiety, perfectionism, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy to strengthen their coping skills, address feelings of shame or self-doubt, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Together, we will work toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and alignment between your personal goals and spiritual beliefs. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where you can process challenges, deepen self-awareness, and move forward with confidence and peace.
