Life can be incredibly challenging, especially when you are navigating big life transitions, anxiety, or uncertainty. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, eating disorders, body image concerns, and navigating life transitions — whether that's experiencing changes in your relationships, navigating work or career stress, becoming a parent, or simply feeling lost in your life. I also work with individuals who are experiencing the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, and new parenthood.
You might feel weighed down by anxious thoughts, perfectionism, or find yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you — like constant self-criticism or feeling pressure to get everything “right.” Many of my clients face challenges with food and body image, including restriction, binge eating, emotional eating, or persistent mental noise around food.
I offer a space where you can slow down, be yourself, and feel supported. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and conversational. I will listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and offer practical tools to help you manage stress, quiet anxious and critical thoughts, and feel more accepting of your emotions.
