I work with clients 16+ and primarily work with young adults who are experiencing new life transitions, anxiety or depression, navigating family and relationship conflict, and those looking to improve their self-confidence. I also have specialized training in working with eating disorders and with those seeking a more positive relationship with their body.
As your therapist, I will take extra care to always approach our relationship with warmth, acceptance, and compassion. My hope is that by working together, you will be able to laugh, cry, and feel the full range of your emotions without judgment. Together, we will identify and work on goals that allow you to live a more meaningful life based on your values.
