As a Level 1 Trained IFS therapist, I primarily use IFS and incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices to best support your needs. I believe strongly in using an anti-oppressive lens and work to understand how environmental and cultural factors your life and choices.
I have extensive training in trauma and dealing with its aftereffects. I also have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD and addiction.
