I treat clients with a wide range of concerns and backgrounds including depression, anxiety, relational trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and chronic pain/disease, as well as those exploring different facets of identity.
Extensive experience and ongoing study working through the lens of attachment and trauma psychology, somatic therapies, neurobiology, mindfulness-based approaches, along with my 20-year career as a massage therapist and a background in the fine arts informs every aspect of my work as a psychotherapist.
