If you are looking to work through grief, shame, anxiety, or any other heaviness you're carrying, you've come to the right place. I know therapy is a process- and a difficult one at times- and I am hoping we can build a collaborative relationship that fosters an environment for healing and growth.
I am a queer-affirming therapist with a focus on working with folks who identify as women and/or members of LGBTQIA+ communities. My work focuses on interpersonal and community relationships, grief, boundary setting, and life transitions. I also support those working through pregnancy, perinatal loss, and postpartum depression and anxiety.
My work is deeply rooted in the belief that we are a part of a greater community; while our focus will be on on you and your personal needs, I will support you in considering the ways you can connect with the different systems and people around you, too.
