Welcome! I'm glad you're here. My approach is compassionate and solution-focused, designed to support you as we explore your goals together. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, parenting, role shifts and relationships. By practicing mindset changes and identifying practical tools, we'll work towards your personal growth and peace. I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs and am welcoming to neurodiverse individuals and those with developmental disabilities and their families. My goal is to empower you to thrive and enhance your relationships with yourself and others.
My therapeutic approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Processing, which integrates body awareness with emotional processing. My goal is to help you feel empowered, connected, and at ease both mentally and physically.
My hope is that you will feel embraced and empowered in our time together. Let's connect!
