I specialize in strengthening your mind-body connection in order to heal from past trauma and current fears or stressors. I integrate somatic approaches (often called bottom-up approaches) such as mindfulness and EMDR with traditional approaches (often called top-down) like CBT, DBT and SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy). Both can be very helpful!
